Combined with a decade of experience furnishing thousands of rental properties, the rental furniture option offers property owners and developers a convenient option to manage the upfront costs of FF&E. Our rental terms start at 12-months.

  • Whether you are working with our design team OR designing yourself on the AI-powered Fülhaus design marketplace, you'll have the option to rent your selected items. A member of our furnishing team will prepare a rental estimate and rental agreement for you to review before ordering. Contracts start at 12-months, and like most rental programs, include a deposit to cover security and the first month’s rent. Our contracts also include the option to renew or purchase at any time. Please note that some items in your order may not be eligible for rental, such as bedding or electronics.

  • The rental furniture option is available to furnishing projects of $100K or more.

  • Fülhaus believes that great design can yield the best result for furnished rentals. The 12-month minimum term allows us to offer the widest range of furniture options from designer and hospitality brands that are not commonly available to rent. Most providers of similar programs can offer shorter terms because they have a small range of options with more basic or plain designs.
