Design Discovery
Following a quick questionnaire, we’ll schedule a brief call to discuss your property’s needs, target audience and design vision. From here we will analyze your floor plans and prepare your initial design.
Presentation 1 - Initial Design
From the very first presentation you’ll get a buyable design, mocked-up and ready to order. Each room is rendered on a separate tab. Here you can review item details, toggle between design and itemized lists, and provide feedback. We can refine right in the call.
Presentation 2
For larger projects or designs needing more edits, we’ll do a second design presentation. In addition to FF&E, we will go over any add-ons or OS&E needed for the property as well as finalize your plans for installation.

Turnkey Installation
