01 — Acceptance
By accessing or using fulhaus.com or the Ludwig application (collectively, the 'Service'), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
02 — The Service
Fulhaus operates a software platform — including the AI interior designer 'Ludwig' — that allows users to generate interior design concepts, receive shoppable furniture packages, and place orders with third-party furniture vendors. Ludwig may communicate with users via text message and voice calls where you have provided consent and a valid phone number.
03 — Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you submit to the Service, including mood boards, photographs, voice memos, text conversations, and rendered designs ('User Content'). Fulhaus is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to process User Content solely to operate, improve, and deliver the Service to you. You may export or delete your User Content at any time from your account settings. Fulhaus does not sell User Content to third parties.
04 — Orders, Fulfillment & Shipping
All furniture and product orders placed through the Service are fulfilled by third-party vendors (each a 'Vendor'), not by Fulhaus. Fulhaus does not warehouse, ship, deliver, or install any physical product. Title, risk of loss, and shipping terms transfer in accordance with the applicable Vendor's policies at the time the order is placed. Lead times, freight charges, white-glove fees, and delivery windows are set by the Vendor and surfaced to you before checkout.
05 — Warranty & Returns
Fulhaus honors and helps administer the warranty, return, exchange, and refund policies of the originating Vendor for each item ordered through the Service. Where a Vendor offers a warranty or accepts a return, Fulhaus will act as your single point of contact and coordinate the claim on your behalf. Fulhaus does not extend, modify, or replace any Vendor warranty, and is not the manufacturer or seller of record for the physical product. Please review the applicable Vendor policy displayed at checkout.
06 — Pricing & Payment
Prices displayed include the Vendor product price and applicable Fulhaus service fees. Taxes, shipping, and surcharges are calculated and disclosed at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment processor; Fulhaus does not store full card numbers.
07 — Ludwig Communications
By providing a phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages and voice calls from Ludwig related to your designs, orders, and account. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or by adjusting your notification settings.
08 — Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to infringe third-party rights, upload unlawful content, attempt to reverse-engineer Ludwig, or resell renders without an applicable commercial license.
09 — Intellectual Property
Ludwig, the Fulhaus name, marks, and the underlying software are owned by Fulhaus Inc. You receive a limited license to use the Service and to use renders generated for your projects.
10 — Disclaimer
The Service is provided 'as is'. Renders are design visualizations and may differ from the final delivered product due to variation in materials, lighting, and Vendor stock. Fulhaus disclaims warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11 — Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fulhaus' aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees paid by you to Fulhaus in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12 — Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
