What we collect
Account info (name, email, phone), the content you submit to Ludwig (photos, voice memos, text conversations, renders), order and shipping details, and basic usage analytics.
You own your data
All content you submit is yours. We use it solely to deliver and improve the Service. You can export or delete it at any time. We do not sell your data.
How we use it
To generate renders, route orders to Vendors, support warranty and returns, and improve Ludwig's recommendations. We never use private session content for marketing without explicit opt-in.
Sharing
We share order details with the Vendors fulfilling your order, with payment processors, and with shipping carriers — only as needed to complete your transaction.
Security
Encryption in transit and at rest. Limited employee access on a need-to-know basis. Independent third-party audits.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out — exercisable from account settings or by emailing privacy@fulhaus.com.
