Warranty & Returns.
Every order placed through Ludwig is fulfilled by an authorized vendor partner. Fulhaus honors and administers every vendor's published warranty and return policy on your behalf — you only ever speak to us.
How it works
When you check out, the applicable vendor's warranty and return window is displayed on the product page. Place the order; the vendor ships direct. If anything is wrong — damage, defect, change of mind within the vendor's window — message Ludwig or email support@fulhaus.com. We open the claim, coordinate the return or replacement, and follow it through to resolution.
Shipping & delivery
Carrier, timeline, and white-glove options are set by the vendor and shown at checkout. Risk of loss transfers in accordance with the vendor's terms.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the packaging and item before unwrapping further. Send the photos to Ludwig within 48 hours of delivery. We'll handle the rest.
Defects
Covered under the vendor's manufacturer warranty for the period stated at checkout. Fulhaus files the claim with the vendor on your behalf.
Change of mind
Where the vendor accepts non-defect returns, the window and restocking fees displayed at checkout apply. Items custom-made or marked final-sale are not returnable.
